Refund policy
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We only offer exchanges. Returns and refunds are not accepted.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order through our Instagram account.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received.
- Items must have all original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
Once your exchange request is confirmed, you will receive the address of our pickup location and exchange instructions.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, the requested size must be available in stock.
Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the order so we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Beauty or personal care products
