SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within Egypt only.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message with your delivery details.

Estimated delivery times:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
• Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days
• Upper Egypt & other governorates: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales periods, or due to courier delays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

If the customer is unavailable to receive the order or refuses the shipment without a valid reason, future orders may require prepaid confirmation before shipping.

Once the order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company; however, we will do our best to assist and follow up on your order.
